Garland...Inspired - Contains songs written by my good friend Katt Killum. A project that started as demos, but soon turned into an inspiring ensemble of music that stood by itself in lyrical content and melody and for me, a tribut to a great songwriter.

"Over the past several years, I have had the opportunity to talk with my dad prior to the making of his Christmas albums. I always give some type of idea as to what I think should be on the current album. This year, I'm living in Nashville again and I unintentionally got deeply involved in this project. Dad had just started working on the songs for this year and I asked if I wanted to hear his progress. The music started and minutes later dad dubbed me producer! It has been a lot of fun working in the studio. Dad, of course is amazingly talented and very easy to work with! All of the quizzes that dad gave me while listening to the radio and random bits of information from my childhood finally paid off! Thanks Dad! I'm very proud of the final product and I'm glad you let me be a part of it."

"This is a collection of improvised music. I just sat down, in a Christmas mood and played whatever came into my mind. So all of the music is original and unique as it can never be played again. I may be able to something similar, but I can never play this again. Many have asked me to do a CD like this over the years and perhaps m y daughter, Amberly has suggested it most and so I finally decided to try it. It was exciting using this technique to record; no accompaniment and only ONE TAKE! Here it is with all the wishes that it can be a great backdrop for all your Christmas season and make this a great time celebrating the birth of our Savior."
